It's the two bookish ones for me: "American Fiction" and "American Splendor." I haven't seen the latter since it came out, but I remember it being wildly inventive. (Now I'm curious about rewatching it to see.)

And "Wet Hot American Summer" is top tier too. I haven't seen it in a long time either, but it likely still holds up (I mean, what a cast!).

I do love David Byrne's American Utopia, too. I watched it several times and still listen to the soundtrack. It's such an inspiring endeavor of creativity! And it made me obsessed with the song "Don't Worry About the Government," an ode to having a wonderful apartment that may solve all of your problems.
